Customer Service Information

Shipping:

We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. You will receive a notice from us once your item ships with the tracking number from the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax if your shiping address is in the state of Texas. Otherwise, you will not be charged sales tax.

Refund and Return Policy:

Request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be delivered to Bloomin Couture within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items in the sale or "specials" category are final sale. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to request a refund please send us an email to customerservice@bloomincouture.com with:
  • Your invoice number
  • The item you will be returning
  • Reason
We will then issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for you to include with your return package.

Bloomin Couture reserves the right to reject any refund requests that do not meet these requirements.
